The club captains provides a central point of contact, and are the vital link for athletes within the club. They are enthusiastic with a good knowledge of the club and athletes, are approachable, friendly and have the ability to seek and represent the views of all our swimmers. They are excellent communicators with good verbal and written skills and are great listeners.
