Congratulations to Ellie & Matt @ 2015 Regionals

The Midlands Regional Swimming Championships concluded this weekend and we are pleased to report that two swimmers from Ledbury & District SC represented their club with honour.
 
On Sunday 3rd May Ellie Ainsworth (Club Captain) took part in the Women's 16/u 50m Freestyle. Ellie put in an excellent performance with a time of 29.04. This qualified her for the Championship finals where she swam a time of 29.22. Congratulations Ellie on a brilliant performance!
 
On Saturday 6th June Matt Thomas followed up his recent successes at the Swim Wales Long Course Championships with an excellent personal best of 30.43 to come 13th in the Region. Well done Matt on an excellent couple of months of racing!
