MEET OUR COACHING TEAM
Rob Lancaster

He started coaching in 2020 and became Head Coach of Ledbury & Malvern in 2023, and has coached swimmers to County, Regional and National success. His coaching philosophy centers around creating a positive yet challenging environment, where success becomes inevitable.
Mark Goggins
Mark originally started swimming competitively around the age of 9 years old for Coventry City Swimming Club. His belief is that swimming helped him through his GCSE's, by switching off from the pressures of the curricular studies but also gave him the skills to work under stresses when needed. This is still valid for all our young athletes today; with one of the best life skills ever!
Mark started poolside & coaching in 2017 completing both Coaching Level 1 & 2 Qualifications, helping develop our youngest swimmers through to County, Regional & National Athletes.
Phill Ray
Phill swam competitively as a youngster in South Wales, his interest in Swimming was reignited by his children joining the club. Phill enjoys being on poolside and helping the children develop in aquatics and has recently completed his Level 1 Coaching Qualification. Phill is a keen masters swimmer and a Committee Member.
